Media.io users can use value-added services (AI functions) on the platform by consuming credits. Credits can be obtained through recharging and participating in irregular activities at Media.io.

2. What are the credits used for?

Credits can be used to use paid AI functions on the platform. Currently, the following functions are mainly included. Subsequent credits will support more AI functions and selected materials. The specific details will be subject to the display on the terminal.

4. Credits Consumption Order

If you use credits to use paid AI capabilities, credits with the shortest remaining validity period will be used first.

5. The relationship between credits and VIP

  • Credits can be used to pay for AI features.
  • If you purchase a standard or premium membership, you will be given the right to use some AI functions, but these cannot be converted into credits.
  • Credits cannot be redeemed for membership, transferred, or withdrawn.

6. Recharge credits

Credits are virtual goods that are charged first and then used. After credits are successfully recharged, they will not be refunded or converted back to US dollars.

Q3: How is the validity period of monthly subscription credits calculated?

The subscription cycle of monthly subscription credits is issued at the beginning of the subscription month and expires on the last day of the subscription month. For example, if you purchase a continuous monthly subscription of 100 credits on October 20, 2024, we will issue you 100 credits during the first subscription month (October 20, 2024 to November 19, 2024) on October 20, and these credits will expire on November 19, 2024.

Q4: Why does the function that originally did not require deduction of credits suddenly require deduction of my credits?

Each level of membership will be given a different number of AI function trial benefits. Within the trial benefit range, your credits will not be deducted. After exceeding the range, normal charges will be restored. For example: Premium members are given a 5-minute video enhancement trial experience benefit. It is free to use within 5 minutes, and credits will be charged for exceeding the range.
