6. Other Credit FAQs
1. How can I check my credit balance and usage details?
- Your credit balance is displayed in the upper-right corner of the page.
- To view the usage details, click on the credit balance in the upper-right corner of the web page, or tap “Mine” > “Credits” in the mobile app.
2. Can I continue to use the credits in my account after my subscription expires?
- You will receive subscription credits periodically during the validity period of your membership. Each batch of credits has its own validity period. When your subscription expires, all of your subscription credits will expire and become invalid. If you subscribe to a membership plan later, you will begin receiving subscription credits for the duration of the new subscription. The new subscription credits will have their own validity period.
- You can continue to use the event credits and purchased credits in your account in accordance with the relevant rules.
3. How is the validity period of subscription credits calculated?
Subscription credits are issued at the beginning of each billing cycle. The validity period will be the same as the billing cycle. Unused subscription credits expire automatically at the end of each billing cycle and cannot be carried over to the next cycle.
Currently, there are three billing cycles:
- Weekly: Subscription credits are valid for seven calendar days. If your subscription starts at 10:00 AM on Monday, the subscription credits will expire at 09:59 AM next Monday.
- Monthly: Subscription credits are valid for one billing month (30 calendar days). If your subscription starts at 10:00 AM on October 20, the subscription credits will expire at 09:59 AM on November 19.
- Annual: To ensure users can enjoy uninterrupted access to benefits, annual subscription credits will be issued monthly in batches. 1/12 of the total amount of annual subscription credits will be issued every 30 days. There will be 12 batches in total.
Validity Period: Each batch of annual subscription credits is valid for 30 calendar days. When you receive the next batch of credits, the remaining credits from the previous batch will automatically expire and cannot be carried over to the next month.
For example, if you purchase an annual subscription at 10:00 AM on October 20, 2026 (UTC), you will receive 1,200 credits in total over one year (100 credits per month):
- First Batch: 100 credits will be issued on October 20.
- Expiration Date: The 100 credits will expire at 09:59 AM on November 19 (UTC).
- Second Batch: 100 credits will be issued at 10:00 AM on November 19 (UTC).
- Expiration Date: The 100 credits will expire at 09:59 AM on December 19 (UTC).
- Likewise, the following batches of credits will be issued every 30 days. Please note: If you only used 80 credits in the first month, the remaining 20 credits will not be carried over to the second month. Your credit balance will be 100 at the beginning of the second month.
4. Why was I previously able to use a feature for free, but now have to spend credits to use it?
- Some features may be free or have different usage requirements during the trial period. When the trial period ends, you will need to spend credits to use the feature again.
5. Will spent credits be refunded if video/image generation fails?
