Guidelines

  1. Campaign period: July 10, 2026 – October 10, 2026. Referral links will expire after the campaign ends.
  2. This campaign is available to eligible Media.io users during the campaign period.
  3. Invitees must be new Media.io users and sign up through your personal referral link.
  4. Referral rewards will only be issued after the invited user signs up successfully and completes their first valid creation on Media.io.
  5. Both the inviter and invitee will receive free credits once the invited user completes their first valid creation.
  6. A valid first creation means a successfully completed AI creation task on Media.io. Failed, canceled, abusive, suspicious, or invalid tasks will not qualify for rewards.
  7. Referral credits are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued.
  8. Each user can receive referral rewards for up to 20 invited friends.
  9. Rewards will not be issued for fake accounts, duplicate accounts, self-invites, suspicious activity, abusive behavior, or users who do not meet the campaign requirements.
  10. Media.io reserves the right to cancel rewards, deduct credits, or disqualify users if fraudulent activity is detected.
  11. To the extent permitted by law, Media.io reserves the right of final interpretation of this campaign.

Why haven’t I received my referral credits?

Please make sure your friend is a new Media.io user, signed up through your personal referral link, and completed their first valid creation. Rewards will not be issued for invalid, duplicate, self-invited, suspicious, or abusive accounts.

What counts as a valid first creation?

A valid first creation means your invited friend successfully completes an AI creation task on Media.io and the result is generated successfully. Failed, canceled, abusive, suspicious, or invalid tasks will not qualify for rewards.

How long are referral credits valid?

Referral credits are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued. Expired credits cannot be restored or extended.

How can my friend be linked to my referral?

Your friend must sign up through your personal referral link. If they register without using your link, the referral relationship may not be created and rewards may not be issued.

When will the referral credits be issued?

Referral credits will be issued after your invited friend signs up successfully and completes their first valid creation on Media.io. Credits are not issued immediately after sign-up.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can invite?

Each user can receive standard referral rewards for up to 20 invited friends. If you would like to invite more people, please contact our support team for a referral qualification review.

What happens if someone abuses the referral program?

If fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected, Media.io may cancel rewards, deduct credits, disqualify users, or restrict accounts without prior notice.

Can rewards be revoked after they are issued?

Yes. Rewards may be revoked if the invited account is found to be fake, duplicated, self-invited, associated with abnormal activity, or if the creation activity is found to be invalid, abusive, or suspicious.
